What is the worst resume that you have seen and why was it so bad?

Having read more than 5,000 ..... le me count the ways....
1) 40 plus pages, read like a dissertation. I never made it past the first two
2) Loaded with typos
3) 8 point font to fit on one page
4) No metrics around contributions made to each employer

When do you give up on an old laser printer or PC?
