William Borton

As a founding partner of the HeartSTONE Group, Bill’s twenty seven year career in the insurance business spans the property & casualty, individual life & financial services and employee benefits disciplines.

For the last fifteen years, he has focused his full attention on advising small to mid-sized businesses on how best to provide cost-effective employee benefit plans that meet their objectives.

When counseling employers, he draws upon his extensive experience with identifying and understanding business challenges, the dynamics between finance and human resources, tax implications, technology solutions, employee behavior and motivation, and using benefits to recruit, retain and reward employees.

In collaboration with Primepoint, Bill has helped develop the real-time integration of payroll, benefits - including online enrollment and eligibility administration and other essential employee management services. He now focuses his attention on business development and strategic alliances.
