What's the best content management system for a web site that combines deep content with e-commerce?

I've used WordPress for fairly small deployments and Clickability for mass publishing systems (50,000+ pages). Clickability is expensive versus the other options above but may get you some advanced publishing options or if you need a third-party to create your site. more
