Any publishers out there used knk Business Software?
I am a small magazine publisher, in the process of licencing my business. I would like to implement a business solutions/crm system, for licencees. I have looked at the 'off the shelf' solutions and spoken with a developer, but have made no decision yet.
I came across knk Business Software, which looks great on paper. I would love to hear from anyone in the publishing industry who is using this software or who can recommend one which they have found useful?

Yes, its a good software.
Where are you based? I think if your requirement is not that much vast, you should ask any custom development company to develop according to your needs.
If you want i can refer some good companies who can add value to your business.

Hello Fiona,
I don't know about knk Business software.
but yes i would suggest if you are looking out for a CRM system the check out vTiger.
vTiger is a purely open source software which can complete your needs also, needs certain customisation.
It can handle most complicated tasks also.
I would be happy to help you on the same.
