My company has been using Manticore for a few years now, and we really like it. Manticore makes marketing automation easy. Before we had lots of leads in our database that our direct sales team just couldn't get to. Now with Manticore, we are able to automatically nurture and score those leads until they are qualified for our sales team take over. The salesforce.com integration is key, because it allows the sales team to see what emails people are receiving and what pages on our website they are visiting. We also use Manticore for all our one-off and promotional emails so we can track the activity in salesforce. Overall Manticore is very easy to use, gives us more visibility into our leads, and has increased our productivity greatly.
