I suggest testing various paltforms. However, comparing your campaigns in not always apples to apples. The most important item for campiagns is to set realistic objectives for post click activity, track that post click activity, test landing pages, creative and ad sizes on all types of handsets and don't be so narrow in targeting that you sabatoge your impression delivery.
