Appointment schedule software for a contact center?

Our call center has been using Outlook to schedule appointments but we're finding that it's too clunky of a system for our needs. Does anyone know of an appointment scheduling software that works well in call centers? We're looking for something that makes it really easy to see everyone else's appointments & schedules, as well as something that has good reminder notifications and automatic follow up emails. Any suggestions would be very useful. Thanks

Take a look at TimeTrade. Check in with Chris Murphy. No relation. I know they are good.

Hi Dave,

We have a service where you can sync the appointments to Outlook. So you make the appointments in TimeCenter, but everybody else can sync and share their calendar in Outlook. You are welcome to check out our demo and shoot me an email if you have any questions!

Great question and one I'm seeing often lately. Some of my hospital clients use modules in their EMR systems. Eclipsys for exmaple. One our our partners has developed on based on Microsoft Dynamics. The company is Riverstar software and provide agent scritping to promet the call takers as well.
