Are my managers setting a bad example for my sales team?

I conduct regular training sessions for my sales team, but I'm finding inconsistencies stemming from my managers being very set in their ways. How do I get them on board to maintain the practices I'm imparting on more junior salespeople?

I would spend just as much time in management training, setting standards and consistent business practices. If there is resistance to such training, you can call it a brainstorming or roundtable discussion. Point being, get your managers on the same page and have them verbalize and agree on training standards. If you let it become "their idea", you should see some great results.
