Are Pitney Bowes Postage Meters the best in the business?
I’m looking for postage meters for my business, and have been hearing about the Pitney Bowes postage meter. Does anyone have any feedback or experience with this machine? Is it the best one to go with or are there other options?

The higher your mail volume, the more you would lean toward Pitney Bowes or NeoPost. Compare rental rates vs purchase options. Remember to ask about maintenance contracts and the cost to update the software (everytime postage rates change). Also ask about any current incentive programs.
If you have a relatively low mail volume, you might add (believe it or not) stamps.com to your comparison.
We have 10 offices with differing mail volume. Some use PB, HQ uses a NeoPost machine that folds and inserts multiple components into envelopes. We are currently considering transitioning 2 offices to stamps.com.
Can anyone comment on their use of stamps.com?
Hey Ann can't vouch for stamps however my wife and I found http://www.postagemetersforsmallbusiness.com/pitney-bowes-postage-meter.html a very helpful resource in deciding whether to get a postage meter, they have some Pitney Bowes facts as well as customer testimonials.
