Are there any survey tools out there that are bringing something NEW to Market Research?
Sometimes it seems like survey softwares are a dime a dozen, all equipped with the same or similar features. There are some differences between basic survey software and enterprise feedback management systems, but I'm curious if anyone has seen or used software that is really offering something new to the market research toolkit (maybe through survey features, data reporting, analytics, etc.) or even to the field at large?

I have found that Survey Monkey still gives me the best design tools. However, no online survey system will give the analytical ability of SPSS (still the best is 12.0). In my opinion, I would use the online web survey tools to gather the information and if any other web site tool can let you download the raw data into a data set, that is as good as it gets.
