Your question is very brief and it is uncertain if this answer will help much. Yes, there are many kinds of business loans both unsecured (on your signature) and secured which may be by assets of your company, your accounts receivable and inventory or by plant and equipment. Each type of borrowing may come from a different type of lender with different requirement. The government also makes loans through the SBA.
I suspect you are quite a small business and have not borrowed before. I suggest you contact the SBA website and see what the requirements are to get a loan guaranteed by the SBA. If you have equity in your home, you might be able to arrange a bank loan with the home as security. Often new business is supported by loans and investments from friends and family.
Be sure to avoid small loan types of companies that will charge high interest and fees.
