Books on sales and marketing?
I'll call it like I see it: the sales and marketing teams in my company do not get along, and their passive-aggressiveness makes it difficult to move forward. I've had a meeting with the heads of both teams and told them that there needs to be a change. I was hoping the Focus community would have suggestions for any books, articles, blogs, strategies, etc. that I can recommend to the management teams to help get them moving forward together.

I would recommend having a trainer/speaker from DISC training or another similar consulting firm come to the office. DISC will go over personality differences, personality testing (to see which type you are) and how to better strategize and work together with those personality differences. If they actually use the information and your managers continue to keep this topic in their minds it will help.
