Hi Craig. This is a good venue to get great input on vendors based on peoples' direct experiences. Given that I am in marketing strategy and consulting space myself I am a bit partial so I won't comment here but you reach out to me directly and we can talk about your specific needs and whether or not we can help (nick@emorfie.com)
Hello Brenda: Thank you for your question. We have experience successfully marketing SaaS models and we offer excellent sales strategies. You may find more information on our agency at www.theeyeworks.com. If you feel our Web, Marketing or PR services would be of benefit, feel free to email me directly at eli@theeyeworks.com. Cheers!
Before hiring someone I would look at some of the best free information out there so you can more clearly define exactly what you expect the end result to be. I would recommend looking at: http://www.marketingexperiments.com. They take real companies with real money and products, track the results and post the info free. Very helpful in everything from landing page design, email results, shopping cart abandonment and a host of other things.
Another possibility is http://www.drillingdown.com that focuses on online customer retention for future sales. You might get some valuable info there too.

Hi Benda,
I've worked with other SaaS companies to accelerate sales, have two clients that are involved in the construction industry, and have extensive experience in the healthcare space. Please contact me if you'd like a free consultation by sending mail to: barbara@bbmarketingplus.com
Thank you for your consideration and good luck with this venture.

Hi Benda,
Take a look at my credentials and a few of the client results shown to see if this is a match for you. I have over 30 years in the software industry with extensive experience working with SaaS solutions, specifically for compliance and risk management targeting those industries. I would be happy to spend more time to determine if I am match for your project.

Hi Benda. Targeting a new vertical is always a challenge as you don't want to defocus your existing sales team. In response to that we developed a service called the Market Validation Program. In a nutshell, we become your sales team and take your message to market. What you get back is a pipeline of opportunities as well as the information you need to build messaging, campaigns and quotas based on real world metrics. Here is a link that will tell you a bit more about the program and also provides case studies. http://www.bridgegroupinc.com/validate_mvp.html Hope this helps!
Are you looking for something like an online performance managment planning system? Something you can use and that your staff can use, too?
If so, there are samples of a program on this website http://www.BusinessAndMarketingPlan.com
My BtoB marketing agency specializes in differentiating companies from their competitors and clarifying their market positions. If that might be of interest, please check out our site..
