Can Google voice serve as a small business pbx phone system?
I have heard great things about Google Voice and wanted to know if it can work for a small business that just needs basic functionality.

I don't think you will get the quality that you are looking for from Google Voice. I would suggest looking to Telesphere or Vonage.
