Yes, Absolutely. Our company provides virtual phone systems for those wanting to control their own systems (phone answering, messages and direct) for incoming calls. Using a good VOIP provider allows you to have a toll free number and phone numbers in any major city. You can use this with a regular phone or have a "soft phone" on your PC. We also use Skype as an outbound phone system - it's easy, cheap and very reliable.
