The best bet is often with the company providing the equipment. Let them know you want to bundle all the equipment together. For example your computer and networking companies may offer one lease and your copier company another. Tell both you want to bundle all of it together and you want the bottom line rate. A national company that can shop rates for you can be your best friend.
