They have a log of pieces together already.
Anton is spot-on regarding CloudAudit and the Cloud Security Alliance. In addition, vendors such as EMC and Intel are starting to produce collateral worth reading in this critical arena. I also strongly recommend that you begin with whatever documented best practices and requirements are already in place for non-cloud providers and resources, and using variants of these as minimal requirements for cloud security. Consistency and integration are important for delivery of comprehensive security.

I would look at the Cloud Security Alliance. They are doing a lot of work in this area.
