Cheap reseller for hosting?

I’m looking for a cheap reseller to purchase hosting services from. Where do you recommend? So far I’ve only looked into GoDaddy.com and Hostluck.com.

It depends on what you think of as "cheap" :)

If this is something you're going to be relying on for your business or selling onto 3rd parties, then selecting based on cost will be a false economy.

Firstly - what are your requirements ?
* Windows or Linux (hosting asp/.net or php/html) ?
* What kind of websites ?
* How much space (realistically) do you need ?
* How many visitors to the sites do you expect ?
* Where are the visitors located (geographically) ?
* How much support do you need ?
* Are these mission critical or hobby sites ?
- all of these will help you in the provider selection process.

Avoid all offers of "unlimited" space - it doesnt exist - or "unlimited" bandwidth (every network card, server, switch etc has *real* limits) - buying a service from someone prepared to outrightly lie to you with promises of "unlimited" will be a mistake.

Do some basic investigation on your shortlisted providers - lookup the ip address of their website, then lookup who operates that ip address - are they the actual host or just reselling someone else ?

Do you want to deal with a smaller, more personal outfit who can tailor their offerings to your needs, or a larger company who may provide a higher level of uptime/reliability ?

After all of that , bring cost into the equation, if it's even still relevant.

Of the 2 you listed, one is a giant registrar, but small in terms of being a webhost, the other appears to simply be a reseller with Web Hosting Buzz

I recommended to http://www.goresellers.com/ .This site provides the two reseller packages such as Basic and Pro. If you need you can get it from this site.

What is exactly the pricing range you're looking for?

Take a look at Atum's plans at http://www.atum.com
