Convergys Call Center References?

Someone suggested using Convergys for our customer support. Before we go down the path of contacting the vendor, I wanted to see if anybody out there had any experience using them - good or bad?

While Convergys is a well known vendor because of their size, have you considered a smaller vendor with a more "personable" approach and one that is willing to do what your company needs, rather than fitting you into their model? I have worked with them many times and their scale is large, but I have found that they lack in the ability to really personalize to the need of the clients.

I would suggest you evaluate multiple vendors for your requirements to see how flexible they are to create a solution for your organization needs.
As the outsourcing relationships are longterm, its important to work with an organization that has scale but is flexible too.
