Could a vendor help you or your company establish budget?
In our most recent Hosted VoIP study, we found that 42% of buyers who had gone on hold or dropped out, did so because of Budget. But, particularly if it's a matter of getting the boss to approve it, or being able to provide some sort of ROI or roadmap, vendors may be able to provide content that could facilitate convincing. What would you find helpful if moving forward is a matter of establishing budget? What do you think decision-makers would find most compelling?
