I would look at Macola's Progression Series. I've heard good things from small business owners.
I would recommend Microsoft Dynamics SL. It has a great Project Management piece that also integrated with Microsoft Project.

Netsuite is an all in one tool encompasses CRM & ERP it is cloud software so no installation required and is affordable. I use Purity IT to support me with it.
