What's the best CRM for a subscripion based business?
Hi, I am looking for a CRM solution (preferably open source) for our business. Our customers have a contract with us, and we charge them every month on their usage of our services. What is the best CRM that would help us store the history of customer's usage and invoice every month, apart from the usual SFA tools? Thanks for your help.
