Current VoIP phone reviews?
I am looking for current VoIP phone (hardware) reviews. My company has decided to go with a hosted vendor that does not push proprietary hardware, so we’re looking to see what other options are available. We’re going to need 10 multi-function office desk phones, and one conference room speaker phone. Are there any free comparison guides available?

My favorite is Polycom today. They have a very nice looking solution, that has great quality in voice as well. If you stick with the newer, HD series like the 450, 550, or 650, you will have the latest technology.
Polycom is recognized as the defacto standard in corporate america for conference phones. If you have ever seen that "star trek" looking conference phone, then you have seen a polycom.
I'm not personally a fan of hosted VOIP, but I can tell you that I have put a VOIP in many installations that were using Polycom with their hosted solution, and they are extremely happy with them, happier now with the new solution.
The Polycom phones are cost effective as well.
For an operator Console, I highly recommend the Voice Operator Panel, which is a soft client console, with Presence, and CRM integration for screen pops. You can also tether a SIP phone to it as well, giving you the highest quality voice, with outstanding console features.
The accepted Standard for VOIP today is SIP. Ensure the phones support SIP, and not just MGCP.
