Dell + Salesforce.com = More & Better CRM for SMBs?
Dell has begun selling Salesforce.com subscriptions, some available with Dell-provided services for data cleansing, integration with incumbent applications and other services. Dell and Salesforce.com are specifically focusing these new offerings on small and mid-sized businesses, promising to reduce the time, cost and risks associated with adoption of a hosted CRM solution. Will these new offerings affect how hosted CRM and software as a service (SaaS) are viewed at your organization? If so, how? If not, why not?

SaaS in my limited experience is a love it or hate it proposition. For those Dell customers that have "bought in" to cloud computing.
I have also found that even some of your larger (200+ seats) are finding cloud SaaS of value.
Personally, i believe that as datacenter space and resources become more and more tapped out. IT adminstrators may be forced to turn to the cloud.
