Your question is a little like comparing apples and oranges. B2B implies some type of busines-to-business transaction. So a B2B system is any solution (e.g. application, tool, process) that helps facilitate such a transaction. CRM, or customer relationship management, refers to very specific tools and processes used to build and maintain relationships with your individual customers. CRM can be considered a B2B solution in some scenarios. For example, if you are a software company selling your product to other companies and you implement a CRM solutions, then CRM could be considered a B2B system. That said, CRM is just a relevant in B2C (business-to-consumer) companies. Hope this helps.
