I'm a little confused by your question so I'm not sure that I'm going to hit the mark.

The metrics we talked about in today's roundtable on Social Customer Service ROI spanned across multiple data sets. They were 1) Operational metrics (for today, that meant call center metrics), 2) social metrics, and 3) business results.
