no perfect recipe for PMO success. Culture and clarity of PMO objectives are the primary drivers for success. The culture must permit the PMO to deliver value and be focused to a particular business objective. Without a clear definition of the PMO business objective, it will fail. A business objective could be improving project status reporting, improving project work estimating and budget estimating.
