Do you feel you have a voice in your company?

I was reading some HR blogs this am and came across this simple concept: having a voice in the company. Do you feel like you truly have a voice in your company-- in terms of exposing opinions, constructive criticism, product development, innovation, etc. ??

I'll go out on a limb and specify by saying having a 'voice' like I'm referring to goes beyond 1:1 rapport with your boss; I mean in a direction-driving, full-organizational sense... Curious how this community would answer.
