I don't; however, I feel this issue shouldn't come up if you hire correctly. Select employees dedicated to growing the company and be sure to provide more incentive than a bi-monthly paycheck. I am under the belief that people have a job to do, if they can get it done in 6 hours rather than 8, they should not be punished. They can have more free time. Of course, all jobs are different so this doesn't apply to say...data entry. Ensure they enjoy and have passion (and a goal) in their job and theiy won't get bored.
