This could be a good dashboard for the high-level guy who just wants to see top level info at a glance, but as a sales VP or manager this dashboard wouldn't do me a lot of good as it doesn't let me do analysis of the data but simply gives me a static representation of the data.
For example, a more useful dashboard would:
Allow me to drill down into the elements and learn additional insights. In the sales people activity bar chart, I would like to drill down and understand what units are being sold by the top earners as compared to what is mostly being sold by the lower earners to see if there is a reason why some are doing better than others.
I would want to drill down and look at deal size to see the difference of # of transactions vs size of transactions.
From a product line perspective, similarly I would want to drill into the products and see if a particular store in a region is selling that specific product at a much higher rate than others. This would allow me to dig deeper and learn what is the best practice this store is using that others are not.
So I think the primary limitation of this dashboard is the inability to drill down and do to ad-hoc analysis of information so that I can learn more about my data.

Thanks for your feedback. I probably should have added in the question that this dashboard has all the functionality you talked about above (my fault, sorry) it is just not enabled for this dashboard for security reasons.
It was very useful to hear your feedback and I am happy that this is what you picked up on since we have been working hard on the drill through, decompose and focus features.
