This is so fresh of a deal that I really have not processed all the parts. BUT I will say that the price was pretty good IMHO if you compare it to the GSI acquisition of $2.4 billion, which I think was a mobile move for eBay/Paypal as well.
When you say "choose" one over the other, not sure it was a choice?!? Were both up for sale? I am not sure, but it who know, they could be next :-)
