Do you use infographics to illustrate ideas?

The company I work for often uses infographics to capture complex ideas. Here's a link to an infographic for Social Media Building: http://bit.ly/r5MMH. It's a good visual, but as SM continues to evolve, I think it'd be great to update it and would be interested in hearing what you think of the current version... and any suggestions you feel would enhance it. For one, I think LinkedIn is a better medium for interacting with senior managers, rather than Twitter. I also think Twitter has found a niche in HR and Sales. Video/YouTube is becoming a more important tool for PR. I welcome other ideas and suggestions.
