Do you use a sip dialer in your call center?

I work in a call center and our phone system works fine, it is just older and we're looking for the added functionality that a sip dialer would provide. Is anyone else using them in their call centers? What do you find are the advantages of using them? What extra features do they provide for you?

I have a customer who is using a product called VoiceNT and it is very unique SIP dialer. Provides outbound dialing over SIP - takes responders to an IVR - and then connects them to a contact center.

Full disclosure - I have no expert knowledge of this particular product - but it runs well on our network and my reseller swears by it as an effective SIP dialer that wows customers. Might be worth looking at more closely.
