Most of these are books, guides and articles are from the Stanford Graduate School of Business professors, lecturers, students. Stanford GSB is well known for their entreprenuership resources.
Also check out "New Business Ventures and the Entrepreneur" by Irv Grousbeck. Lots of good examples and case studies here.
Marc Andreeson (Netscape Co-founder) had a good series of blog posts a couple of years back which I found to be informative and insightful.
