The following companies utilize QR codes as seen in 2010 issues of Wired Magazine:
- Ford Motor Company
- M-edge / Best Buy / Amazon
- Microsoft Sync/Ford/Lincoln/Mercury
- Microsoft.com/cloud
- Verizon/Inception Movie Campaign
Outdoor:
- Calvin Klein Jeans X
- 28 Weeks Later DVD Release
- Yellow Pages Bus-stop Advertisement
Statistics yet available on these particular campaigns. Copyright belongs to respective companies. You will need a QR Code reader to get the landing pages.

Donna, I reached out to Advertising at Ford Motor Co. via Twitter with your question, here is their response:

@VladGorenshteyn not as much engagement as you'd think. Adoption is a major issue. We've done both QR and MSN. People mostly use shortcodes.
They are increasing customer engagement IF there is a call to action. Just plopping a QR code in an advertisement is not so effective. Here is a relevant blog on this matter.
