It certainly does and while I could talk about how it is the way you can engage in a 1-1 relationship with your prospects and customers I will let the following numbers speak for themselves:

- According to Aberdeen's Research: Nurtured leads that closed produced a 47% higher order value than non-nurtured leads that closed.

- According to Silverpop research, open rates for nurture campaigns are twice that of one-off emails.

- Click rates for nurture campaign are three times that of one-off emails.

- Win ratio is higher for prospects touched 3-4 times per month by marketing nurture campaigns

So as for the question . . . anecdotally and by the numbers, Lead Nurturing is very effective.
