I'm deciding between Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 and Aplicor. Any thoughts?

Have you asked each vendor to demonstrate your most important processes running on their system?
If Yes and they can both do everything that you need, then pick the less expensive options. I would have a slight preference for Dynamics CRM because you can host it inside your firewall if necessary.

I understand Aplicor is having major financial difficulties right now. They are a very small vendor anyway. I'd tread very carefully with them.
