Easy to use employee scheduler program?
I'm looking for an easy to use employee scheduler program for my call center. I have 23 agents and 2 non-agents that I need to schedule for, and need something that is more user friendly that what I've got now. I would like it to have a feature where it will block out a day if it is out of an employee's availability, and possibly provide a web based interface where employees can check their schedules. What do you recommend that I look for? We use Windows XP across our office.

I would suggest looking at ProjectTrack by iLore. This project/program management tool is easily used by multiple employees to schedule and track performance. We use it in my software company and it works out great.
