Employee Scheduling Software suggestions?
We just started a second shift for our warehouse and almost doubled our headcount (from 10 to 18 people). I am having a tough time keeping track of scheduling employees shifts and hours. Before I was literally using Excel to track everything. Is there any software or service that I could use that would handle scheduling, keeping track of hours and payroll?

Bill: You need a project management software that will alert you if you over-allocate resources and if you are set to become off-schecule. Many choices: I'd suggest setting aside a whole weekend day to review options.
