Enterprise resource planning (ERP) System?
I want to start writing my dissertation about ERP system (Master level). I have to compare ERP in 2 different countries in Europe.
But I don't know how to compare 2 countries in terms of ERP.
If I wanted to compare different ERP software than I could compare them in terms of Price, usability, level of difficulties, & …
But I don't know how to compare two countries in terms of ERP.
I have to compare them in a good way and at the end give a clear result for my comparison either as a table or a chart or any professional method.
My paper should be about 20,000 words.

3. Was the ERP implementation outsourced or done in-house?
4. How many levels of government does the ERP solution penetrate?
5. What applications were used to implement ERP?
6. Was the implementation part of a larger plan to get certified?
7. Was the implementation mandated by law?
8. Did each country define metrics for their own success?
9. Did they reach that success mark?
10. How did the people react to the implementation? (if at all)
