ERP Service? Who is known for providing the best customer support?
As we start looking at potential ERP solutions, I constantly hear that we should make sure we have responsive service from the vendor. Being a small company that might not have a lot of technical resources, what vendor provides the best service to its clients?

That's easy :-) of course the answer is..my company!
Seriously, I am not an ERP expert...my experience is with contact centers, service desk and technical support. However, 26 years ago our company was built as an ERP software provider to the fashion & garment industry. Although we have branched off to many IT services including Contact Center (20 years ago), Training and Professional Services (18 years ago), we still have a very strong presence as a ERP software provider with our own product Blue Cherry and as a reseller / implementer of Microsoft Dynamics.
