We use eFax for all of our remote offices and for for our operations staff to use while working from home during the overnight hours and on weekends. The costs are minimal and it has working great for us. We are saving a lot of money on paper & cartridge costs as well. The savings are great but the Green benefits are really great as well.
We have yet to move the main fax lines for the corporate office over but we are moving in that direction this year now that we have seen the successes in the remote office locations.
I think, when considering the fax security, you can choose the fax software as your fax tool. I have been used joyfax server for a long time and it is cool to me. What you need is a computer, a fax modem and a phone line.
