Focus Research Insight: CRM and ERP Implementation: what’s included?

CRM and ERP buyers are constantly reinforcing the implementation as a consideration and determining factor of how to select a solution. But in digging deeper, we find that responses actually span a wide range: Some buyers think of implementation in terms of the disruption to normal business flow, others emphasize integration with specific platforms, others think data migration, others mention licensing fees, hardware, or other components. How do you view implementation? Is it an embodiment of all of these things? What should vendors focus on addressing?
