Focus Research Insight: Why do buyers drop out of the evaluation process?

In our research, we find that buyers drop out of the evaluation process for a number of reasons: adequate installed base, no budget, too steep a learning curve, inability to migrate data, etc. But what is the primary deterrent for your company? Particularly if budget isn't your main obstacle, what's the final straw when it comes to deciding to drop out?
