Getting Customers

I’ve just joined and I was thinking of how I can help the members of this group. After thinking about it for quite awhile this morning, I thought, “Why not ask the Group for the areas of business they are having difficulty with,” This way I can be sure of helping everyone by addressing their concerns in running a business. Here’s a question I would like to ask, “I would like a more powerful way to stand out in my market, so I wouldn't have to... …………… (Please complete this statement in the Comment box : ) In this way I can target your concerns and give you ideas on what to do to overcome these problems you are having. As an afterthought, some of you might not know who I am, so here’s a brief outline. I am a customer-acquisition and retention expert. I’ve built or co-built35 businesses during my career of 38 years. The businesses ranged from a pet shop, to two banks, a basketball league, an airline, an insurance company, a multi-level company, and more, which created over 6 million customers. One of my books, "How To Get Customers To Call, Buy & Beg For More is considered by many to be one of the best books on acquiring and keeping customers. I have also written several other books, one of which is a comprehensive manual on “How To Capture The Mind Of Your Customers And Get Them To Say Yes”; another is “The Secrets To Creating Lifelong Customers”. In about the year 2000, I sold my last business and retired. However, after several years of retirement, I decided to get active again in the business world and follow my passion of helping businesses succeed, especially small to mid-size businesses.
