That's what everyone wants to know. There's a huge debate going on on Twitter right now on keywords and whether Google Instant will boost or damage longtail. Basically, no one knows. The blogs that I've been following that seem to have pretty good beginner's insight into Google Instant are WebProNews and ReadWriteWeb.
