GoToMeeting and WebEx are pretty similar hosted service. Both are good. If you look for hardware based solution, IBM lotus is good, especially if pricing is not an issue. For small-medium business, RHUB's appliance is a good alternative.
Hi Sheldon,
With GoToMeeting we offer targeted solutions; GoToMeeting for small meetings, GoToWebinar for presentations and GoToTraining for online training. For a flat fee you can meet as much as you like and with the targeted solutions you only pay for the features you need. GoToWebinar has 3 levels: 100 attendees, 500 attendees or 1000 attendees and you can easily switch between them by making a simple plan change to your account online. All of GoToMeetings solutions include integrated audio conferencing, both PSTN and VoIP and with GoToWebinar you can also take advantage of our new Integrated Toll Free Audio Service. Another great feature that we recently announced and caused a lot of buzz with, is our new video conferencing solution called HD Faces. We will be adding HD Faces to all 3 of our solutions and it will give the ability to stream up to 6 high resolution video streams. If you have any specific feature needs or questions please feel free to contact me.

Hi Sheldon,
I am not sure if you are aware there is also another great tool out there from IBM called LotusLive Meetings. It can host virtual Web meeting room sizes to accommodate 15, 200 or 1,000 guests. It has easy individual applications or entire desktop sharing, and the publishing feature where you can store up to 10 documents and share with your participants where participants don't need to download any software to view your documents. Then there is the videocasting where presenters with a connected Web cam can broadcast live video to all participants in a Web conference and polling feature where it allows you to get instant feedback from your attendees. You can create a poll simply by typing in your question and customized responses. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to find out more about the product.

Hey Sheldon!
I think that Cisco Webex is an Enterprise class solution that allows you to easier facilitate or join meetings on the go. Since it is a Cisco product, it is designed for access anywhere, anytime, and anyplace. I use it everyday with my work at Cisco (yes, I am biased, but so are the two guys above) and I love it! I have a mobile application on my phone that tracks all my meetings and allows my to join with one click.
It also helps people who are invited join directly from the invite in their mobile phone calendar application without having to memorize access codes, etc. There are also many flavors of Webex depending on your use case that can be customized for you.
You can get unlimited meetings with up to 25 people at a time for just $49/month.
Share files, presentations, and applications.
Experience high-quality video.
Meet from your PC, Mac, or any Wi-Fi/3G smartphone!
Honestly, many of the mentioned above can do the job for you, so I recommend you test drive all of them if you are trying to make a decision and put someone who is NOT tech savvy on you testing team. You can download a 14-day trial here:

If you want anymore information, please feel free to contact me and I can get you in touch with someone. I am a general engineer, but saw this post and wanted to add. I believe Cisco is an awesome tool that I use everyday and we are seeing more compatibility from this product line as we move forward.
Have a great day!
