Has anyone used MindFlash or similar online training services?
Have you conducted your training online, if so, how did it go? Would you recommend using online training programs rather than conducting face to face sessions with your employees?

Hi,
We use mind flash for training our new sales staff. It consists of 10 video sessions 8-15 mins in length with a questionnaire after each session.
It has increased our recruiting significantly! Mind flash has some really good tools and it was very easy to use and setup. I can see exactly who is in training, who has yet to complete it and who has passed etc. It really was a life saver for our company!
