Has anyone worked with external Agile Software Development Services out of LATAM? Anyone used Argentina resources?

while i was dir of customer service and logisitcs at Colgate latin america, i had responsibility for SAP performance improvement. we used ibm argentina resources for programming. they were excellent and very reasonable. that was back in 2005. i can put you in touch with the ibm rep if you want.

What kind of support are you looking for? I used to run a nearshore software development and testing company out of Guadalajara, Mexico. There are many talented developers and engineers in Mexico. The big benefit is that the time zone is central and the flights are only about 3 hours. Because it is a NAFTA country, you can also bring people onsite for prolonged work with a TN visa if necessary.
