I think every company has taken a different approach to business since the downturn of the economy. Usually in a recession production rises from inside companies because individuals value their job more, but as far as creativity goes, its possible. Companies become more stingy on where they spend and how much they spend, so creating business relationships requires creative minds to think alike. So yes, businesses have changed their approach to business since the downturn of the economy.
